TRACKING INFORMATION

To track your order, click “Track your order” located in the footer menu of our website. The page will prompt you to enter both your Order number.

Aramex will send you an email with your tracking number once the package is prepared and picked up at our warehouse.

 

If your tracking link does not work try it again later as it normally takes some hours to Aramex to register the tracking information. Please note that Aramex only works on business days.

 

If your order pass through customs, we are not liable for any additional costs it may arise.

If you send a return package to a wrong address, we are not liable for any loss or misplacement.

Unfortunately, the international customs process takes some time when shipping to a foreign country. We ask for your patience during this process.

BREɪKAƱT LENSES PROTECTION

breɪkaʊt polarized lenses provide UV400 protection, safeguarding your eyes against harmful ultraviolet radiation. breɪkaʊt sunglasses meets the following standards: American Standard ANSI Z80.3-2001, Australian Standard AS/NZS 1067:2003, and Standard EN 1836-1997 according to the European Community Directive 89/686/EEC.

 

SUNGLASSES CARE

You can use your breɪkaʊt poach to clean and carry them. Do not rest the lenses against any hard surface. And do not leave your sunglasses in direct sunlight under high temperatures such as an automobile dashboard as this may damage them.

WHEN TO CONTACT PAYPAL

Note that we do not have access to your PayPal account so you shall contact them if you want to open a PayPal account, change your password, verify if a payment has failed and check the status of a transaction or any other issue related with such platform.
